The next meeting of the Edinburgh Newman Association will take place on Monday evening, April 15th.

Guest speaker will be Rev. Dr. Scott McKenna who will speak on the origins of the Bible. The title of Scott’s talk will be The Bible. A Mosaic.

The meeting will take place at 7.30pm in Mayfield Salisbury Church of Scotland, 18 West Mayfield, Edinburgh EH9 1TQ. All are welcome

A draft Synodal response based on feedback from the November gatherings and group feedback during SLN’s Lenten journey 2024 will be circulated to all members for review and comment from 22 to 29 April. A final response will be sent to the Vatican Synod Office on 13 May 2024.

Scottish Laity Network will partner Laudato Si colleagues to promote and support their initiatives during the week of May 19th – 26th. Information on how this can be developed in members’ own parishes and communities will be shared as information and planning is made available.
