The challenge of being committed to faith and politics

Politicians get a lot of criticism. Yet they do a lot of hard work and are often the person to go to if you want something done. I feel sorry for them – they get so much abuse. Who would want to be a politician in the days of Twitter and Facebook and Social Media?
They are expected to resolve any problem: bad weather, transport disruption, health, crime. The presumption is that every social ill can be solved, and if it isn’t solved some politician is to blame.
