The Catholic School

If anyone perseveres through the 1263 pages of this book hoping to get some dirt on the Catholic school system they are likely to be disappointed.
There is a Catholic school at the centre: L’Istituto San Leone Magno, an elite single-sex private academy run by religious in the Quartiere Trieste, home to Rome’s middle class establishment. In 1995 one of its graduates was convicted of the murder of a mother and daughter. This made Eduardo Albinati recall that the same man had been convicted, with two others, in 1975 of the rape and torture of two girls, one of whom had died. He had been at school with him.
